From there, we work with you to explore how those strengths align with where you are now, and what a more fulfilling path might look like going forward.
Our three-phase process guides you through reflection first, and then direction. You will come to understand yourself better, get clearer on what you are truly looking for, and build a practical, informed plan for getting there.
Phase 1: Strength Identification
Here we use tools like the CliftonStrengths assessment to help us pinpoint what you’re naturally good at.
Phase 2: Career Exploration
Next, we look for roles, careers and industries with a need for those natural talents, and which of those appeal to you.
Phase 3: Strategy Development
Now that we know what you have to offer and where you want to put it to use, we put together a strategy built to get you where you want to be.

A Gallup-certified strengths coach, Meike holds a Master's degree from California State University, Long Beach, and is passionate about helping you build the working life you actually want.
Shannon has been a strengths coach at Shinebright since the very beginning, bringing 14 years of experience to her work with clients. She guides you through a genuine process of self-discovery, helping you build a deeper understanding of who you are and what you have to offer.
