Based in Los Angeles and woman-owned with over 14 years of career coaching experience, we blend expertise from education and Organizational Development. We incorporate the CliftonStrengths assessment into our coaching programs to keep the work practical, personalized, and transformational. Program Overview
“Land a Job You Love” is a 14-week group career coaching experience designed to help thoughtful, capable professionals gain clarity, confidence, and momentum in their careers. The program blends strengths-based self-discovery, career exploration, and practical strategy, all within a supportive group environment.

CliftonStrengths Assessment
Discover your top natural talents through this powerful assessment by Gallup. Understanding your strengths is the foundation of our approach, and this assessment helps you see what makes you uniquely valuable in the workplace.
14 Weeks of Course Access
You'll have more than three months to engage with structured curriculum, resources, and materials that guide you through every stage of career clarity and job search strategy.
Weekly Live Small Group Coaching Calls
Every Thursday at 12pm PST, join your cohort for live group career coaching sessions. These aren't lectures; they're interactive, supportive conversations where you'll receive expert guidance, ask questions, and learn alongside peers who truly understand what you're going through. Sessions are held live on Zoom, with access links shared inside the private Skool community platform.
Ongoing Community Support
Career transitions don't happen in isolation. You'll have access to a community of like-minded professionals who are on similar journeys, offering encouragement, accountability, and shared wisdom throughout the program.
One Mini 1:1 Coaching Session
Near the end of the program, you'll receive personalized one-on-one time with a Shinebright coach to address your specific questions, refine your strategy, and ensure you're ready to move forward with confidence.
Monthly 'Lunch and Learn' Sessions
As part of your Shinebright Membership, you'll join monthly sessions with our coaches (and founders) Shannon and Meike, every third Wednesday at 12pm PST. These sessions provide ongoing inspiration, skill-building, and connection beyond your 14-week program.
Your Investment
We believe career coaching should be accessible, which is why we offer flexible payment options to fit your budget:
One-Payment Option: Pay $1,990 upfront and save 10% on the total program cost.
Two-Payment Option: Spread your investment across two payments of $1,073 each (total $2,147).
Optional Resume Add-On: Want expert help crafting a resume that tells your story? Add our resume writing service for $425. Our in-house experts treat resume writing as an art form, ensuring your experience and strengths shine through.

The 3 Phases of the Program
1. Intro to Strengths Phase
This phase of your group career coaching experience focuses on self-exploration and understanding of your natural strengths. You’ll learn how to identify and name what you do best, and how those strengths can guide you toward a more aligned and fulfilling career path.
2. Career Exploration Phase
Here you’ll explore roles and paths that align with their strengths and non-negotiables. This phase includes clarifying your value proposition, identifying what energizes you, and narrowing in on a specific career direction that feels both realistic and meaningful to you.
3. Strategy Phase
In the final phase, you’ll develop a personalized career strategy. This may include job search planning, refining personal branding, optimizing LinkedIn, networking strategy, or other next steps tailored to where you are right now, and where you want to go.

What if I can't attend every group coaching session or community event?
We understand life gets busy! While we encourage participants to attend all live group career coaching sessions for the full experience, we provide recordings and resources so you can catch up if you miss a session. The ongoing community support also means you won't fall behind.
How is this different from career counseling I might find at a university or career center?
Shinebright is a career counselor specifically focused on professionals already in the workforce, not students (though we do sometimes work with students). Our approach is holistic and strengths-based, combining practical job search tools with deep reflection and self-awareness.
Can I add the resume writing service later if I decide I need it?
Absolutely! While we offer the resume add-on as part of your initial investment for convenience, you don’t have to take the offer up immediately. You can always reach out to us separately if you decide you'd like resume support during or after the program.
What happens after the 14 weeks are over?
