This Program consists of three phases:
Talents Deep Dive

A guided, indepth look at each student's unique strengths

Students make connections between their lives and their strengths, and begin to take ownership of their strengths
The Balcony and the Basement

An introduction to the concept of how strengths can be used positively and negatively

Students begin to learn that they have the power to move beyond blind reactions and move towards intentional choice and response
Applying Strengths in Academics

Introspective look at which academic tasks students enjoy, and why those tasks come easily, and where they may struggle, and why those tasks challenge them
